These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forge Logger, the game logging, telemetry, and in-game bug-reporting platform operated by StoneForge Labs, s.r.o. ("Forge Logger", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Forge Logger, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Forge Logger lets you ingest, store, search, and analyse events, sessions, builds, logs, attachments, and bug reports from your games and applications, and integrate them with third-party tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace. Notify us promptly at support@forgelogger.dev if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Each plan includes limits, such as the number of reports and events you may ingest per month. We may apply rate-limiting and quota enforcement to protect the service. If you exceed your plan's limits, some functionality may be restricted until you upgrade or the next billing period begins.
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to Forge Logger ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any personal data contained in Your Content, and for complying with applicable data protection laws in your role as its controller.
You agree not to use Forge Logger to:
Forge Logger can connect to third-party services (such as issue trackers and chat platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
Forge Logger, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by StoneForge Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Logger and StoneForge Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of the Czech Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
